Formal Events
Our services are as simple as 1-2-3 depending on attendance numbers.
Option 1. An attendance fee is charged but may be refunded once an agreed number of print sales is reached on the night.
Option 2. We charge a one off fee and every guest receives a print. These may be supplied on the night or posted after the event.
Option 3. We charge a one off fee and all images supplied on CD-Rom with full reproduction rights.
Corporate Events
We are happy to supply a photographer to cover these which are usually covered to the clients specifications. Prices for this type of event are usually charged on an hourly basis.
Charity Events
Digital Photo Events are happy to support any charity or fund raising event.It is our usual practice to attend these free of charge with a generous donation made at the end of the evening.
Party Nights
Now very popular for weddings, anniversaries, office parties, casino nights etc.We supply standard or themed backdrops such as 007, red carpet paparazzi or Moulin Rouge. We also have fun props for when the night is really buzzing. Our aim is to help create a really fun evening for your guests.
Why not treat your guests to our paparazzi entrance! We photograph every arrival using our red carpet backdrop. This service is very popular with our print inclusive offer. Prices for this service vary according to guest numbers and print size. All photographs taken are printed while your guests are enjoying their meal so ready on the night.
Sports Events
Our sports events coverages varies from sport to sport. We offer a full on-site viewing and printing service to a web gallery only option.Included in this service are free web size images for the event organisers to use for publicity. We only ask that when using these photographs our website is shown as credit for the images.
Although we have covered many sports some of the most popular covered are from Premiership football to youth tournaments, rugby, marathons/half marathons/10k races and fun runs. Tennis, cricket, boxing tournaments and boxing dinners. Motorsports, equestrian, ice dance and figure skating to name a few. We are of course fully equipped and ready to handle any sporting event that may be offered.
With all events our range of photo gifts are very popular. We supply keyrings, fridge magnets and mousemats. As well as the usual range of prints we also supply "mock magazine covers" and for team games our very popular "team and indivdual" montages.
